* holiday festivities
If your family has a special holiday tradition, please share it with us; we would love to learn about it and celebrate!
We try our best to go outside twice a day when we the weather permits. Please be sure your child has appropriate attire including a warm coat, snow pants, snow boots, hat, and gloves. You are more than welcome to store these items in your child's cubby if you wish.
With the cold weather come colds and runny noses. Our teachers wash the children's hands throughout the day, clean all the toys twice daily, as well as take other preventative measures to control the spread of illness. However, in the event that your child gets sick, we would like to remind you of our Sick Policy. A child will be sent home if he/she is vomiting, has a temperature greater than 100.6°, has two cases of diarrhea, or has an unexplained rash or discharge. After pickup, the child may not return to Babes in Toyland until they are symptom free for 24 hours.
